A collection of short stories published in 1971, Alone Against Tomorrow includes some of Harlan Ellison’s most famous work, including “I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream” and “‘Repent, Harlequin!’ Said the Ticktockman.” All of the stories in this collection center around isolation and alienation.
